The following conditions apply:

Shipping

We currently ship your orders within Germany as well as to the following countries: Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, and Switzerland.

Your order will be processed and shipped at the latest on the next business day after receipt. If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Domestic Deliveries (Germany)

We charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 5.00 per order. For orders over EUR 50.00, we offer free shipping.

The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from order processing. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and holidays.

International Deliveries

We charge the following flat shipping fees per order for international deliveries:
Austria, Denmark, and the Netherlands: EUR 10.00
Luxembourg and Belgium: EUR 12.00
Switzerland: EUR 16.00

For orders over EUR 100.00, we offer free shipping abroad. The estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 business days from order processing. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and holidays.

For pick-up orders, we will notify you via email about the availability of the goods and pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
