A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, where a consumer is defined as any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or professional activities:

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) take possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bhumi Bavarva, bawras, Sürther Str. 86, 50996 Köln, Germany, Tel.: 022120467609, Email: info@bawras.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication about exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary for inspecting the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts involving the delivery of sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, do not reside in a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address are located outside the European Union.
